Copying a tweet thread content from Haraldur Liefson:

"A live debate is a great way to figure out who is the better debater, who is more charming, who is better at winning a room over.

All skills that politicians need to have to be able to perform their job.

It’s however not a great way to get to the truth about anything.

Jon Stewart will win pretty much anyone in a live debate.

Yes, he’s smart. But he mostly wins because he’s good at debating, he’s done it for decades, he’s charming and funny. He knows the angles.

But he would also win the debate if he was totally wrong.

He could debate a scientist and that person would most likely look like a total fool. Even if they were 100% right on all the facts.

He could run circles around them. But that doesn’t mean he would be right.

It would just mean he’s a better live debater."

You fucking dummy. Rogan is a liberal, voted for Bernie and in case you forgot , RFK is a democrat. “A platform “ for a presidential nominee???? Are you fucking kidding me??? So, your on board with censoring Someone running for president? So, your saying the American public is too stupid to hear DEBATES and make up their own mind? Why don’t you go on Rogan and debate the “facts” it was an open invitation for hostep OR ANYBODY MORE QUALIFIED. No takers, cause they know they are WRONG!!!

Grifter's have become the new normal and while they've always been kicking around, they've never been so well paid. Never. It isn't just the idea they are getting rich off of the rubes who keep paying them, the bigger concern is what they are doing to the country as the fools swallow their nonsense, hook line and sinker. Trump proved to the world, crazy sells and there were a boatload of buyers. Tragic.

Perhaps Rogan is giving a platform to RFK,Jr. to sway voters away from Biden and give the Republican nominee a better chance at the WH. Does that sound conspiratorial?

The only vaccine I was harmed by was the live virus flu vaccine that caused me to become very ill. It was years before my wife and my physician convinced me that newer flu vaccines were safe. I think RFK Jr. is off base in much of his opposition to vaccines in general. However, there are reports people I trust who claim there are real risks associated with the Covid vaccines. My physician is in his early 50s and, like me, has taken every Covid vaccine and every updated version of it. He told me that if he were in his 20s, he would not take it.

There are real risks associated with every vaccine. The question is: what are the relative risks of taking/not taking one?

For example: ~1-in-100 cases of COVID-19 result in death. ~28-in-100 cases result in long COVID (with ~11-in-100 still having long COVID, the other 17% reportedly no longer experiencing said symptoms). The vaccine is something like 2 or 3-in-1000 (not a typo) experience allergic reaction or anaphylaxis. Not great, but much less risky than getting COVID.

Or, regarding myocarditis: ~15-in-1000 patients with COVID-19, vs ~8.5-in-1mil in those who received the mRNA-based vaccines (which was also a more mild case of myocarditis than the virus).

I do not question your facts. And I understand the urgency of developing the Covid vaccine when it was done. I do think there should be a lot of research being done right now to determine all the risks and what patients might be subject to those risks. Identify the patients who might be better off risking Covid or carditis or anaphylaxis.

Perhaps had the writer started off with a stronger understanding of the facts, his piece would benefit. RFK jr.was NEVER. US Congressman from Mass. THAT WAS HIS BROTHER. First paragraph error? This screams for an editor.
