That is a good time! I am a cyclist who started running some a couple years ago to increase bone density but was challenged to compete in the Philly half marathon last fall. That required a commitment to a 12 week training program and resulted in my one and likely only time of 2:14:15. Back to cycling this year!

That race was 26:43. I was extremely happy with that time.
