I have met at least one practicing physician in Georgia who went to med school in Granada. On your other subject, rioters belong in prison although it can be difficult to separate those doing the damage from those just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Almost everything is on video these days and the rioters caught in the act should pay the price. About 70% who were arrested for the January DC riot have been released awaiting trial. If the ones still detained are shown on video actually attempting to harm police instead of just standing their ground, they should stay in jail.
Not going to disagree with you. But the message coming out of the White House paints a different picture. And the AJC didn’t report what you said. They said without any source to back it up that judges have been reluctant.
I won't support the AJC editorial policy with a subscription. I just scan the headlines and try to find details of anything that looks interesting elsewhere. I have read that detainees who have good lawyers and a decent case are somewhat successful in getting a pre-trial release or even having the charges dropped.

We seem to be generally in agreement on this subject. What happened here certainly supports your opinion.
