Congress needs to revoke POTUS's ability to tariff, and likely to declare an emergency too. In regards to both, if anything: make it that POTUS can request Congress do so, and it's a privileged motion that must be voted on within say 1 week.
The Administration is actively revoking legal immigration status to deport people. This should disturb the just-not-illegal-immigration crowd.

Being in process for an asylum claim is being in a legal immigration process.
It does not grant legal immigration status nor does immigration parole. The DHS has full authority to revoke parole.
