Vladimir Putin is on the march and Republicans have received their marching orders. As I’ve pointed out in the past, few prominent Republicans have spoken out against the impending invasion of Ukraine. Over the last few days, that invasion has kicked off and domestic Republicans have been given their MAGA talking points on the issue. As a result, I think we are going to see fewer and fewer members of the GOP actively opposing Putin’s aggression.
So God forbid, worst case scenario, TFG is reelected. (Pausing to breathe) How soon before he declares the northern half of Mexico an independent nation and moves peacekeeping troops in? Didn’t we fight that war once before? I sit here shaking my head and praying God to take hold of the hearts of Putin and TFG and squeeze until they become something more human.
I see who is your ruler, don’t criticize the current guy for canceling diplomacy talks.
Nope easier to blame Trump.
We are in deep water and floundering.

We are a sovereign nation also that is being invaded through our southern border with the assistance of the new guy. Free transportation to all comers and a tremendous burden on the nation.
Speaking out against the invasion of Ukraine is useless. Biden's policy regarding the invasion is a total failure. Trump might not have been able to stop it, but the only way he could have done worse is to get the USA involved in a war over a nation with whom we have no mutual defense treaty. If Putin wants the break-away provinces and the rest of Ukraine, he will not be deterred short of war.
If Russian forces are ordered to stand down before taking whatever parts of Ukraine are Putin's objective, I will take back everything I just wrote.
The USA has no cards to play. Our NATO allies will cave when they run out of fuel. The Current Guy assured we will not be almost energy independent and capable of assisting NATO allies. The Current Guy and his democrat cronies are underfunding our military and turning it into a social experiment instead of war fighters. Big change is needed soon and that should be a bigger story than whining about Trump.
