A jury, on the other hand, should consider the facts and applicable law when deciding a case, but I’m sure that any trial lawyer can tell you that juries can be very unpredictable."
I pity the folks who would have to find enough jurors who would make it through voir dire and not have an opinion on Trump or Jan. 6th to empanel that jury.
