The White House genius is definitely hidden. Maybe the next Easter hunt there can uncover any genius. But I can’t remember any genius occupants in my time. Andrew Johnson once said that “Washington, DC is 12 square miles bordered by reality”. That is a near genius observation :)

On the medal, someone online expressed it best: The Make-a-Wish President.

Steven, I love, love, love your conclusion to this piece. Indeed, too many times the people of Iran rose up against the tyranny of their rulers, hoping for help from the west, only to be rebuffed or outright ignored. This time if Trump slaps the hands of those brave Iranians who stood against the Mullahs after offering them hope in the form of a U.S. military operation, it could spell disaster in the middle east, and i think they might be more than justified in calling us "the Great Satan."

Lack of any action in Iran so far is disappointing. I'm afraid it's like Ukraine. Covert actions and hoping for regime changes appear to be the least costly options - at least in the near term.

RE: the skimming of profits from Venezuela - what the heck is with the profits from an oil sale being placed in an account in Qatar instead of the US Treasury (or kept in Venezuela)?
