You won’t find me arguing about U2. Let it be known on this day, June 18, Juneteenth-eve, that Steve Berman and I fully came together in agreement on something. ;)

I’ll leave it there, to enjoy the moment, rather than go on to answer every presumptive, convoluted, fabricated redefinition of what CRT is.

Btw, one of my favorite favorite U2 songs is “Hands That Built America.” My favorite U2 album is “war.“

I think that the date is better known in the south than most of the country. Talked to my daughter today who is married to a black man from Detroit. He had never heard of it so he talked to his 5 siblings and no one had heard of it. We live in Wa St so it was far and away from the racial strife and action. It was never a national thing. Should it have been? I'm agnostic on the issue but don't mind one way or the other except I do resent paying for yet another holiday for federal workers.
