Steve,

I pray that you would learn that some of the things you call “conspiracy theories are in fact, “ conspiracy facts.” I pray you would get over Trump Derangement Syndrome and adjust your indoctrinated, biased brain to heal by “ renewing your mind” as directed by Scripture. We live in a Constitutional Republic and I pray the “ liberal democracy” you believe is best dies quickly. Joe Biden is a corrupt criminal who now suffers from dementia. He is in God’s hands.

You're not even close to being a conservative, just a typical liberal, though not truly a progressive.

You pray a lot, but you forget an important lesson the Bible teaches, God sometimes chooses people who are not saints to do some of his hardest work.

America was founded on small-l liberalism, as a liberal democratic republic.

Hating liberalism is hating America. Wanting to remove liberalism from America means wanting to end America as it was created.

His order order about gender references the state of the embryo at conception - and all embryos are female until ~9-14 weeks.

Shoulda just stated chromosomes.

All embryos are NOT female, it's more accurate to say they are neither, until an active chemical process causes the gonads to begin developing in one direction or the other. The Y chromisome causes male development, but there is a chemical reaction required to initiate female development.

The real proof, a DNA test can determine from conception what sex the embryo will develop into.

The DNA determines the sex of the embryo. It is determined at conception, based on the chromosomes from the sperm cell fertilizing the egg. That is uncontestable biological fact.

It is a fact that the development of the embryo is female until a certain stage of development, and then diverges.

It's why males have nipples, why males can have a hernia to their scrotum ('cause of weaknesses after the gonads dropped down), and of course that the penis is ultimately a divergence from the clitoris.

Woo science!

Addendum: just remembered that this doesn't even get into things like Swyer syndrome, where a person with XY chromosomes develops almost entirely as a female, with a vagina and gonads still within the body rather than having dropped.

I suspect physics is not one of his strengths. He would help himself a lot if he would just learn when to shut up and go to work. He got many votes not for his genius but because citizens as a whole are not impressed with Biden / Harris.

What is referred to as "birthright citizenship" is distinctly NOT what the 14th Ammendment intended. Do some research, read the entire text, and you might learn something.

The simplest reading of the text, Section 1, first sentence: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." Now, to me, that means "born or naturalized" as in if you're born here, or if you have completed the requirements for naturalization, and you haven't renounced your citizenship, you are a citizen. Birthright citizenship is not dependent on parentage, bloodline, or other factors. I don't see how anyone can easily read the plain text and come up with another meaning.

I think this is easy to agree with, if you take a non-biased look at this amendment.

But it is also worth noting that virtually nowhere in the Eastern Hemisphere do any countries grant this. Most Western ones do. So it’s not like 47 is trying to enact some cruel barbaric policy. “Jus Sanguine” is the norm for most governments.

His current process is flawed, for sure, assuming the actual stated change is what he intends with this. Maybe he just thought 46’s attempt at enacting the 28th Amendment looked fun and decided to give it a go, just to see what happens.

The most are located in the Americas, not necessarily "Western" states: because these countries were founded by a multi-national group of people, not based on a particular ethnic grouping.

Note that we can restrict Jus Soli without removing it entirely - again, that actually has to be debated, passed by 2/3rds of the House and Senate, and then ratified by 38 States. For example: only allowing for children of legal residents, not for visitors.
