"It is not fair to America’s fighters to dump them into a situation that is not only almost universally unpopular, but may not be strategically winnable."
This is PRECISELY what he did to ICE and CPB officers in Chicago, Minneapolis, New Orleans, and North Carolina. At this point, it would be a surprise if he didn't put another generation of young people into avoidable situations that will have them dealing with PTSD and other more severe consequences the rest of their lives.
Better yet, SGman, we let Putin off the hook and eased the Russian sanctions on oil just days ago. Really odd, given even trump understood Putin was feeding the Iranian's intelligence information regarding the US.
You must have TDS David, constantly haranguing on the “ king of debt” is just so unfair to the man who has given his all for the country. Don’t you know…he isn’t even taking his $400,000 salary. My God, he is indeed god-like…or is it god-light?
Of course there are those pesky golf expenses each weekend where he over bills the secret service details to stay in his hotels. And then there’s the graft/grift from selling pardons to the highest bidders. And don’t get me started on his kids and their side hustles as they get named to boards that suddenly get massive government contracts.
But, but…Hunter Biden’s lap top.
Kudos to the old orange guy though…we just crossed the 39 trillion threshold. The king of debt moniker is the perfect crown.
"Friday's press gaggle. Barely exaggerated: at 12:03 PM, President Trump told reporters he wanted a ceasefire with Iran. At 12:05 he declared victory. At 12:07 he announced he was sending Marines. At 12:08 he said no boots on the ground. At 12:11 he said he did not want a ceasefire. At 12:16 he declared victory again. At 12:17 he asked for a ceasefire. At 12:23 he told NATO they were cowards. At 12:29 he said Iran was begging for a ceasefire. At 12:31 he said everything was perfect. At 12:36 he said $500 oil was a good thing. At 12:37 he demanded Iran open Hormuz. At 12:39 he said Hormuz was never closed. At 12:41 he said the US was not at war with Iran. At 12:42 he declared victory in Iran."
Incapable of having two thoughts at the same time, do you?
Trump's incoherence and lack of justification for this war - and it is a war, he's said himself - are serious issues. The lack of strategy shows, and it's going to cost more American lives - to say nothing of the instability and economic issues it's going to cause in the longer term.

And now we're easing sanctions on Iranian oil/refined products for import into the US.
Really sounds like it's going swimmingly.

Only in trump's America eh?
