President Biden’s assertion that Putin must go was a rare honest statement on the subject. Sham that the White House spin cannot just leave it for what it was. Obviously the Biden policy is to leave the hot war to the Ukraine borders and help the Ukrainians with defensive weapons and humanitarian aid. Sanction Putin and lay plans to strengthen NATO for future Russia containment. The speech changed none of that and the destruction continues. Good that Biden showed that he has a heart. In many ways his policy is heartless for Ukraine. No White House apologies needed.
