Can I have some Tylenol and an ice pack? I have a headache from banging my head on the table. You, I and certainly not a so-called Christian nationalist can not force someone into becoming a Christian. Talk about revisionist history! Do these people even begin to know and acknowledge the history of this nation?
Regarding European conquest of the Americas: I'm not so sure about that. It's estimated that by the time the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock that 95% of the population had been wiped out from previous encounters with Europeans and their diseases: there may have been up to 100 million Native Americans prior, and that's a heckuva lot of people to attempt to conquer.
It’s a big country too though. They were spread pretty thin.
I do remember reading that finding the prepared land ready for crops that was left by natives who died from the plague did make things a lot easier for the settlers.

I haven't read that but it's worth some research. I would never have thought there were more than ten million Native Americans.
