The really interesting question will be if dems get to 50 senators will they expand the court and get rid of the filibuster? Manchin will lose all power.
Manchin (and Sinema) will be just as powerful (if not more so) in a 50-seat Democratic Senate if the filibuster is eliminated, unless you think that enough GOP members (Romney, Collins?) will reliably vote with the Democrats to clear 50 votes. Right now, the filibuster gives the GOP some say, but if that goes away, all the power the GOP exercised there flows directly to Manchin and Sinema.

I meant to say 52 I don't know why I typed 50. Dems are favored to pick up 2 to 3 seats now.
