There WAS an attack on Oregon. This is a fascinating story:

There was never an intent to grant citizenship to the offspring of tourists and illegals.

If they were not properly vetted, that's what should happen.
They were literally at their ceremony. That means they were vetted and followed the process - the sort of thing you have specifically supported.
You must have a specific report for this comment. Were they from countries where reliable vetting is impossible?
