February days are still dim, short, and cold in New Hampshire. Thank you David for shining some light.

I couldn't agree more Jay; David hit the nail squarely on the head. We know these days too many are interested in watching and listening to something short and sweet. The art of reading has been rendered as a non-starter as our society has slipped into sound bites and 30 second videos.

That said, words fill in the blanks on the stories so important to any/every discussion. I find myself being caught up in trying to capture the essence of a story that translates into a meaningful exercise for those uninterested in reading and these two sentences says it all: "I can admit now that I was ignorant. The good news is that ignorance can be cured with education."

How powerful is that? "Ignorance can be cured with education." OMG. So fitting in an article that is a tutorial on how to destroy that very education we all so badly need. It speaks volumes about the state of the maga-gop's existence. Shunning accountability and responsibility is the bedrock of their very foundation.

My apologies for using your brilliant article David as a backdrop. Sadly, as we watch the do-nothing party unravel over the fixation of a cult figure who is incapable of accepting blame for his actions, it is easier to understand the significance of erasing history and ignoring their sins. Oh wait, trump has never done anything wrong that he would need to ask God for his forgiveness.

Pathetic...ignorance is indeed bliss for far too many.
