No doubt in my mind that Biden's Supreme Court nominee will be more than a little liberal and will interpret the Constitution to mean what she wants it to mean. The democrats have the big guy and the votes in the Senate to appoint so they will get someone close to matching Cori Bush's qualifications: social justice, racial justice, economic justice, disability justice and so on.

Regarding mental health and it's connection to prison population in Georgia. Do the programs for treating mental health and substance abuse not exist or is it almost impossible to get those most in need to seek treatment? The programs would probably be affordable if patients participated voluntarily but history says they will not.

A little background: "Georgia is the latest state to comply with a U.S. Supreme Court ruling to move mental health patients out of hospitals and into the community.
