I am not at all confident that the people who can and should intervene and uphold The Constitution, will. To date, they haven't. The Senate, in my opinion, betrayed the nation when they acquitted Trump in the 2nd impeachment trial.
I think that’s a great point. I think there’s a higher likelihood of Trump being ruled ineligible if a judge does it than if Republicans had to do it.
