Wish that it would be so easy that ‘Ride David Ride’ could dissolve the Trumpists hold on politics. But like with salmon swimming up stream, it takes the sacrifice of one to the hungry bear to start the jail break.

I see you have been studying Susan Bagwell's style of commentary. One term I haven't yet seen in her list of Trump derogations is "tangerine troglodyte". Please feel free to use it as you see fit.

I do wonder what you will do if he is elected in 2024. Will you wish him the best and keep an open mind about his policies as opposed to his personality? Or will you, like most of the popular media, hammer his every utterance and every policy he implements? I personally favor Ron DeSantis because I agree with his political beliefs. Many other Republican and conservative voters feel the same, but most will not hesitate to vote for Trump if he is the Republican nominee. The options are that bad.

I have been writing critically of Trump since 2015. When he was president I had some hope. I have always recognized that the liberal media and elite Democrats (there is no discernible difference) would do anything to get rid of Trump, or to destroy him. So in office my focus was on them. After Jan 6, I can’t support Trump. If he did win I’d lament for the country for electing someone who would break covenant with our nation’s most respected concept of peaceful transition. I will do whatever I can to prevent that from ever being a possibility.
