Thanks for reporting on the sabotage of the Iskander-related facilities. I hadn't seen a theme yet uniting the arson campaign underway in Russia and that sounds like a pretty solid theory (that I hope is correct).
I read some fairly detailed versions on Quora. These tend to get collapsed and shut down by pro-Moscow accounts downvoting them, unfortunately. The one I read and now cannot find went into the exact models of Iskander that were targeted and how the oil depot fires were cover for that and also to divert Russian responders.
One of the comments (in Cyrillic) points out that Russian maintenance standards for tires are based on tread wear - not on the overall health of the tires.

Some interesting info from today: some Russian military vehicles still have tires with "Made in USSR" (in English) on their sidewalls, meaning a lot are likely 20+ years old. Per https://mobile.twitter.com/TrentTelenko/status/1521182849000423426.
