I am appalled and saddened by the intellectual dishonesty and moral corruption these final days of the Trump administration show - not so much from Trump himself because I’ve always expected this from him, but from many elected officials. It tells the story of a political party that has become interested in power for the sake of power, everything else be damned.
It is time for a reckoning. When pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.
Of course the immediate response was the white house was going to sue the Sec of State for releasing the tape. Makes sense to me, break the law then threaten to bring a suit against them. If you are truly conservative or at all invested in truth then you need to completely distance yourself from these people. They cannot be reasoned with, they will not accept anything but their distorted reality, and they will not go away until death takes them.
The call was a normal part of a lawsuit. You go to court and have to answer that you haven't tried all remedies and your suit may well be denied. This is making up things to get some drama mama attention. Time better spent would be to opine about the facts, not the wishful thinking agenda. Liberals, democrats and a lot of republicans do not get that the Trumpers are the most diverse group in the country while being united on freedom from government control. Go Trump!
