I think you forgot Minnesota.

I did forget it. It’s a problem for Biden but not insurmountable.

Since you brought up Putin I will say I believe a negotiated peace asap is what we should be doing instead of destroying Ukraine as a country and its ability to repopulate itself. While America diddles BRIX is undermining US and no one is at the wheel of our ship. Will we run aground or sink is the only issue.

Any chance that whoever wins sets about uniting the United States?

Sorry if you think I am uncivil. Hard Times Create Strong Men, Strong Men Create Good Times, Good Times Create Weak Men, Weak Men Create Hard Times. America is weak and will create hard times. You have the same right to decide as I do. Hope you choose correctly.

Nice sounding rhetoric about strong people. You could have just as easily been applying your sentiments to Putin. Rather discus wisdom than strength. I suspect we do not agree on what the wise direction will be on several policies. Vote in November and we shall see what happens.

Go ahead vote Biden. Before you do you might want want to consider we, MAGA, America First, are not as dumb, stupid, ignorant, or uninformed as you think! We can win on Immigration, Economy, the direction we are currently headed. Go ahead, call us names, but the electoral college is all that matters in the Presidential Election. The MAGA movement you like to hate are not unreasonable. Intelligentsia love to think of us as their lessors and do so at their own peril. If we do not have right on our side then you deserve four more years and the coming world war because of your own ignorance.

Now Terry, let’s stay civil. I have not called MAGA names nor have I pledged a vote for Biden. However I think Trump is self disqualifying for the job of POTUS. I also disagree with many MAGA foreign policy and domestic goals. I am a small government conservative. That’s not what MAGA under Trump stands for. However different people have their own principles and ideals. As long as we are civil I hear everyone.

Having read the Heritage Foundation’s plans for a second Trump term I can not find even an ounce of support for Maga. The words America First make me cringe with fears of isolationism.

What makes you think the Heritage Foundation is in charge of anything? And what's wrong with making America great? Allowing the left to corrupt the language and give every word their own spin is foolish.

Folks just choose the spin they like.

I suppose. I just prefer that words not change meaning so I can understand what's being said. I've been using the grammar I learned for 75 years and it's too late to change. I still use "were" to indicate hypothetical in a sentence.

Call me Tea Party, call me America First, call me MAGA. In my 73 years I agree with Curtis. Thinking we are ignorant for wanting America as we know it is not anything bu PRO-American.

Ignoring the palpable insecurity...

What exactly do you think is the issue with "the direction we are currently headed"? Specifics are needed.

BRIX is going to undermine the dollar unless we wise up in a hurry. I would suggest listening to Steven Kotkin if you want to know how we should be handling Russia and China.

BRICS has little/no chance of doing so: two of the currencies are non-convertible, and 2-3 of this countries are not very friendly with each other.

Russia should be sanctioned to death, with all aid Ukraine needs given to both smack down such adventurism and to deter China.

All they (Brics) must do is negotiate exchanges for their commodities. The old saying: "The enemy of my enemy is my friend", applies. The arrogance of Americans will be our downfall, just like the Roman Empire before us. I am not willing to let all Ukrainians die to gain wealth for American Military Industries. Clearly stated, and backed up, US policy has always worked better than war.

BRICS is supposed to be replacing the dollar: can't do that if the component currencies can't be converted.

And that you give the Ukrainian no agency shows how little you understand them: they will not stop fighting if American aid dries up. They know Russia, and will not go down without fighting.

The people that view us as enemies are our enemies. That's Russia, and China if they choose to be.

Go listen to the Tucker interview with Putin. Pay close attention. Putin provide the game plan and no one listened.
