Anyone estimating odds on the DoJ appealing the special master ruling and getting that overturned?
When I read the news, it didn't seem like a big deal, given that the intelligence folks are not subject to the ruling and can continue patching up what they can.
I dunno, the reasoning behind the ruling appears to be pretty shaky and reasonably the DOJ would want to be able to proceed with any criminal investigation for items not subject to personal claims.
Perhaps it'd be a limitation of the special master to solely be related to Trump's personal items and not any government property.

Probably not going to be overturned.

I would be fine with the limitation you suggested.
