About that movie: my 12-year old inexplicably wanted to watch (for the 2nd time) “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” The one you saw sounds right up there with it for weirdness. Along with “The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension.”

I loved the movie. A very unique premise even as marvel ramps up their own ideas of a multiverse. I have to wonder if voters will be turned off on Republican overreach and insanity. I mean banning math books without explaining why? DeathSantos going after Disney and Twitter because he doesn't like their politics. I don't think republicans have ever really been hurt by their social issue stances. But with Abortion going back to the states and republicans very publicly attacking LGBTQ rights I do wonder if maybe we will start to see these views be punished. I know young people don't historically make a difference in politics but as a nation we have become more politically engaged. I also wonder if that will matter.

Democrats need serious help with their branding.
