I don't think Biden has the mental compacity to think of his vice presidents statements and think of his own. I just don't think he has that much nuance anymore.

I don't think the SCOTUS will ever be asked to define the sexes. And even if they do the right answer on Transgenderism isn't based on biology but on sociology.
